For each ranked row it reports the exact `compound_id`, original\n   `activity_score`, and one-based source row number.\n4. The reported counts and ranking can be reproduced from the supplied CSV by\n   applying only the rules above.\n\n## How is the winner selected?\n\n- A valid Submission satisfies every acceptance criterion and is not\n  disqualified.\n- If multiple Submissions are valid, the one whose lowercase Solver address\n  sorts first in ascending order wins.\n- If no Submission is valid, the outcome is `no_valid_submission`.\n\n## Disqualification Conditions\n\n- `analysis.md` is missing, corrupt, or not UTF-8 Markdown after successful\n  retrieval and decryption;\n- the result uses outside data or changes an input value;\n- the ranking or row accounting is not reproducible under the stated rules;\n- the Submission includes content prohibited in What you need to submit (Deliverables) above.\n\n## Out Of Scope\n\nChemical interpretation, experimental follow-up, and predictive modeling are\nout of scope.\n","verification_record":null,"verification_record_error":null}
