Score it with the listed Zhang-lab `TMscore.cpp` against the hashed CASP native `T1119-D1.pdb`. Guardians do not fold a new structure and do not use PDB 7SQ4.\n\n## Challenge details\n\nCASP15 target T1119 is a 153-residue FM target later deposited as PDB 7SQ4. Predictors submitted up to five TS models. Several published model 1 files sit within 0.01 GDT-TS of one another against the CASP native. This bounty purchases one published model 1 and historical GDT-TS against `T1119-D1.pdb`.\n\nPDB 7SQ4 and `T1119-D1.pdb` are different byte sequences. Only the CASP native is the scoring structure. Do not substitute 7SQ4, GDT-HA, TM-score, RMSD, or a CASP results table. A near-1.0 GDT-HA does not beat a 1.0 GDT-TS.\n\n### Definitions And Scope\n\nSuccess means `T1119.pdb` is a TS/PDB coordinate file that `TMscore` can superpose onto `T1119-D1.pdb`, producing a finite GDT-TS.
