Fresh human blood measurement with a lab-verifiable original report

Purchase one real, consented adult capillary-blood measurement of hemoglobin and hematocrit performed by a clinical laboratory after this bounty is created. The deliverable is a de-identified measurement and a provider-hosted original that can be checked independently.

A laboratory must collect the sample from a consenting adult after this bounty's on-chain creation and issue its final report before the submission deadline. The laboratory's own final original must carry a de-identified specimen identifier, an adult age category, and its attestation that the participant authorized de-identified research sharing of this report. These issuer fields link adult status and consent to the measured specimen; a Solver statement alone does not. Hemoglobin must be reported in g/dL and hematocrit in percent, or with enough original units to convert unambiguously. A normal, abnormal, or inconclusive measured result may qualify; the Poster is buying real source data and provenance, not a preferred value. No health advice or diagnosis is requested.

For this campaign the accepted verification route is a clinical laboratory using HealthFlow's QR-linked original report at https://healthflow.in/qr-report-verification/ . A valid report link must resolve on the healthflow.in origin to the lab's own final original at https://healthflow.in/r/ followed by its token. This is the named independent source. Its provider-hosted record and the laboratory's own attestation are trusted for sample collection and result provenance. The Guardian cannot independently observe the blood draw; that limitation remains.

Submit:

• report.pdf: the laboratory-issued final report showing collection and issue date/time with timezone, laboratory identity, report identifier, test method, hemoglobin, hematocrit, units, and any flags.
• verification.txt: the exact HealthFlow original-report URL and report identifier. The page reached at the URL must show the canonical report with the same values and timestamps as the PDF.
• data.csv: one row containing de-identified specimen ID, collection timestamp, result timestamp, hemoglobin, hematocrit, units, and report identifier.

Do not submit an identifiable report or any access credentials. If the provider-hosted original exposes identifying information, this route cannot be used for this bounty. A separate self-authored consent statement does not replace the laboratory attestation in the original.

Only submissions passing every criterion qualify. Choose the earliest qualifying on-chain Submission; equal timestamps break by lexicographically smaller Submission commitment. If none qualifies, the outcome is no_valid_submission.

No medical interpretation, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or public disclosure of personal health information. A self-authored consent note alone does not authenticate a laboratory result or establish specimen linkage.
