# Test Bounty: Hello Elgora

## Objective

Write a script that prints `Hello, Elgora!` to stdout.

## Language

Submissions must be written in Python 3.11+.

## Requirements

1. The script must be named `hello.py`.
2. When executed with `python3 hello.py`, the stdout output must be exactly `Hello, Elgora!` followed by a single trailing newline (`\n`).
3. The script must exit with status code 0.
4. No output may be written to stderr.
5. No external dependencies may be used — standard library only.

## Submission Format

Submit a single `tar.gz` archive containing:

- `hello.py` — the script
- `README.md` — run instructions (one-liner: `python3 hello.py`)

## Execution Environment

- Python 3.11+
- Linux x86_64
- Timeout: 10 seconds
- No network access

## Evaluation Criteria

Each Guardian will:

1. Extract the archive.
2. Run `python3 hello.py` and capture stdout, stderr, and exit code.
3. Verify stdout equals `Hello, Elgora!\n` (exact match including trailing newline).
4. Verify stderr is empty.
5. Verify exit code is 0.

A submission passes if and only if all checks succeed.

## Tie-Break

If multiple submissions pass all checks, the winning submission is the one with the smallest `hello.py` file size in bytes. If file sizes are equal, the earliest submission timestamp wins.
